We are a metallurgical engineering company engaged in the business of manufacturing of customized products in different grades of ferrous metallurgical products. Our product portfolio covers different grades of mild steel, spherical graphite iron, cast iron and manganese steel, from as small as 0.2 Kgs to 500 Kgs finished metallurgical products. We are a RDSO certified vendor for manufacturing and supply of over 25 casting products for Indian Railways. We are also ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 accredited company which certifies our quality management, environmental management and occupational health & safety management system respectively, employed by us in our manufacturing facility. We combine modern manufacturing technology and engineering expertise with cost efficient processes, to deliver quality products at competitive prices. Our manufacturing operations are strengthened by our technical capabilities, infrastructure, and process knowledge.

We offer to our customers a comprehensive range of both standard and customized products. We have a diverse product portfolio of over 25 products supplemented by our ability to make customized products for our customers. As on the date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus, we are majorly catering and serving Indian Railways through our finished metallurgical products which are used for production of critical safety products i.e. braking solutions, suspensions, propulsion aids & coupling attachments for trains of Indian railways and therefore serves as bogie components, LHB bogie component, coupler component for wagons, coach component for coach, locomotive component, railway track component for Indian Railway.

Himanshu Lohia

Himanshu Lohia is the Managing Director cum Chief Financial Officer and also one of the Promoters of our Company. He has completed his Bachelor's of Commerce in International business from University of Wollonggong. He has been associated with our Company since January 20, 2020, as a Director and Promoter of our Company. His roles and responsibilities include marketing, sales, and administration operations of the Company. He possesses over 4 years of experience in the field of marketing and sales.

Subodh Lohia

Subodh Lohia is the Whole-Time Director and also one of the Promoters of our Company. He has completed his degree of Bachelor's in Commerce – International Business from the University of Middlesex. He has been associated with our Company since January 20, 2020, as a Director and Promoter of our Company. His roles and responsibilities include finance, production, and operation in the Company. He possesses over 4 years of experience in the field of production and finance.

Saundarya Lohia

Saundarya Lohia is the Non-Executive Director and also one of the Promoters of our Company. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since February 9, 2020. She possesses 4 years of work experience as Chief Financial Officer. She has been associated with our Company since August 3, 2024.

April 2021: NYL's odyssey began as a supplier of specialized metallurgical raw materials to major wagon builders in India. This initial step provided them with valuable industry experience and a deep understanding of the railway components they were supporting.

2022: Marking the first step in their forward integration journey, NYL rented a facility in Rudrapur. Here, they established a state-of-the-art CNC machine shop. This empowered them to transition from simply supplying materials to machining railway components, directly serving the major wagon and coach builders.

2023: NYL embarked on their second significant integration. They strategically acquired a vast piece of land (7200 sq. meters) and constructed a fully integrated plant. This new facility focused on manufacturing various safety parts crucial for bogies and couplers used in Indian railways. These parts, encompassing braking, coupling, suspension, and propellation systems, all secured vital RDSO approval.

Present: With a proven track record of successful integrations, NYL sets its sights on the future. Their next step involves establishing a dedicated manufacturing facility to produce complete bogies and couplers, forming the core foundation of railway carriages.

The Road Ahead: NYL's vision doesn't end there. Their ambition is a multi-stage journey: Third Integration: Manufacturing complete bogies and couplers. Fourth Integration: Expanding into the production of entire wagons. Fifth Integration: The ultimate goal manufacturing complete coaches.
